- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Tony doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! I am incredibly angry with the way he treated my daughter while we are frantically trying to catch up on what needs to be done financially regarding my dying mother!! He never returned her emails, calls and was terribly rude to her once she finally spoke with him!! The successful contact was only successful because my daughter went to a local office to get him on the phone!!! This is inexcusable behavior!!! I feel like he is doing my family a great injustice during our time of grief!!! All he had to do was return just one call or respond to just one email to explain what needs to be done!!! We are trying to manage my mothers care long distance. He does not need to be handling your money or especially your loved ones money!!! I strongly advise going elsewhere!!! Thanks for nothing Tony! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When I finally got him on the phone he was so incredibly rude to me (another Edward Jones advisor was pretty shocked by what she heard on the other end of the phone.) I've called his office several times and sent emails. No one ever responded. It took me going to another advisors office for him to answer the phone. He's claiming he doesn't have the information he needs to talk to me although it was received by his office 7-8 years ago. He's being a bully over a situation where if he would just explain of what is needed rather than be an ass about it...then we could both move forward and get the issue resolved.
