- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Jay Press has over 30 years of experience. I really enjoyed his explaining the entire appraisal process to me and all the changes that have taken place in the past 5 years. With me being from California, it was amazing to hear that most of his experience came from appraising multi-million dollar homes in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Malibu, and Santa Monica (where I'm from) and he knew exactly where I used to live. His fees are lower for Senior Citizens; which he doesn't advertise but gives to you when you pay saving me $50. I asked numerous Realtors and Agents in Granbury about whom they trust and it's Jay.By Legal Firm, December 17, 2016
